The client.

The Estate Agent Content Club was set up to save estate agents time, money and hassle by providing them with marketing content. They have over 120 members across the UK.

The challenge.

The Estate Agent Content Club needed to automate and improve customer response times.

As a growing business, the Estate Agent Content Club wanted a sales tracking database which also integrated with their Gmail and MailChimp accounts to improve customer response times.  They were spending too much time dealing with new enquiries and were worried that some emails were being missed.

In addition to improving their response times, the Estate Agent Content Club also wanted to set some criteria to automatically search for, for example, “send me details” or “unsubscribe”.  And they wanted to be sure that when a new enquiry was received, the CRM logged that email, sent out an automatic response, created a new contact and also sent details of that contact to MailChimp.

The solution.

We connected the company’s CRM using MailChimp and GMail’s APIs and add some cool new functionality.

The CRM was designed to download any relevant emails throughout the day and hold them ready to be inspected. The users can then decide to add the enquirer as a new contact, add or unsubscribe them from the MailChimp mailing list, or respond with a personal message, and some marketing materials. This can all be done with the click of a button from within the CRM, saving time and preventing mistakes in copying and pasting data.

The results.

The client has saved at least 5 hours a week not having to process data manually.

All sales details are now corralled in one place and can be actioned quickly, knowing that the boring data entry has been done. The Estate Agent Content Club can now get on with their day and let the CRM worry about all the enquiries.
